Descend into the mind of a collapsing AI.

Rick's Pineal is an atmospheric puzzle-platformer where light is both your greatest tool and your greatest danger.

You play as Pinealsito, a mysterious pineal gland that awakens inside the mind of Rick, a collapsing artificial intelligence. As you explore this strange machine, you'll uncover abandoned systems, ancient mechanisms, and slowly unravel the mystery hidden within.

Every room is built around one simple but meaningful question:

When should you shine, and when should you disappear into the darkness?

Use your light to reveal hidden paths, activate mechanisms, and solve environmental puzzles. But be careful—your light also reveals your presence and can turn you into a target.

It would be nice to be able to hide the touch controls. You should also make it clear that you can't use F on the things when your energy is empty, I thought something was broken because the prompt was there but didn't work. It can be difficult to enter 1-block gaps.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re currently adjusting the game’s UX and defining several details for the next version, including clearer feedback when Pinealsito has no energy and options related to the touch controls.

Also, thank you for pointing out the difficulty with 1-block gaps. We’ll review that as part of the movement and level design adjustments.
